How long are your lease terms?

626 On The Park offers a 12-month lease term with the option to sublet or complete a lease takeover. All sublets and lease takeovers must meet the same application requirements to qualify.

What is shared living (coliving)?

For our 4-bedroom apartments, each resident signs an individual lease for their specific bedroom. If a roommate moves out, the remaining residents are not responsible for that person's rent. Common areas are shared by all residents.

How does roommate matching work?

For 4-bedroom apartments that offer coliving, 626 On The Park uses a roommate matching system based on each resident's preferences.

A guarantor is someone who agrees to be legally responsible for a tenant's financial obligations if the tenant cannot pay. Depending on qualifications, a guarantor may be required to qualify for the lease.

How do I pay rent and when is it due?

Rent is due on the first of each month and may be paid online through the resident portal using ACH, debit card, or credit card, or by check or money order at the leasing office. Cash is not accepted. Convenience fees may apply to online payments. Late fees are charged after 5:00 PM on the 5th of each month. Please refer to your Housing Contract for additional details.

What are your parking options?

Garage parking is available for $375 per parking space. Parking is assigned and must be approved before parking in the garage.

What's due at move in?

Prior to receiving your keys, you'll need to provide renters insurance, payment, your utility account number, and a government-issued ID.

What should I bring to my new apartment?

For furnished 4-bedroom apartments, residents should bring personal belongings, including electronics, décor, trash cans and bags, cookware, dishes, coffee maker, cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, linens, pillows, mattress pad, towels, toiletries, shower curtain and hooks, and any additional personal items. Studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments are unfurnished.

What if I have a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office for assistance.
