How do I apply?
Applicants can apply directly on our website by selecting Apply Today!
How long are your lease terms?
626 on the Park offers a 12-month lease term with the option to sublet or have a lease take over. All sublets and lease take over are required to meet the same application requirements to qualify.
What is shared living (coliving)?
For our 4-bedroom apartments, each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. So, if a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person’s rent. Please note that common areas are a shared space.
How does roommate matching work?
For 4 Bedroom apartments that allow coliving, 626 On the Park utilizes a roommate matching system based on each resident’s preferences.
Guarantors
What is a guarantor?
A guarantor is someone who agrees to be legally responsible for a tenant’s financial obligations if the tenant cannot pay. Depending on qualifications, a guarantor may be required in order to qualify for the lease contract.
How do I pay rent and when is it due?
Rent is due the first of each month and may be paid online by ACH, debit, or credit card through the resident portal or by check or money order at the leasing office. NO CASH ACCEPTED. Convenience fees may be charged for online payments. Late fees will be charged after 5pm on the 5th each month. Refer to your Housing Contract for more information.

What are your parking options?
We offer parking spots in the garage for $375 per spot. Assigned parking, must be approved prior to parking in garage.
What's due at move in?
You will need to provide the following information at move in prior to receiving keys.

What’s included
What should I bring to my new apartment?
While our 4 bedroom apartments are fully furnished, below is a guide to help you with the personal belongings that you will need to provide:
COMMON AREA : Electronics and corresponding cords/adapters, d?cor, trash can, trash bags, pots and pans, plates, cups, eating/serving utensils, coffee maker. Cleaning/disinfecting supplies, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc.
BEDROOM : Linens, pillows, mattress pad, towels, toiletries, shower hooks and curtain, trash can, decor, electronics and corresponding cords/adapters, and anything else that makes you feel at home
Our studio, 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bedroom apartments are unfurnished.
What if I have a maintenance request?
You can easily submit a work order through your resident portal app or stop by the office and speak with a member of the team for assistance.
